My journey began with a deep call to love and help others. For 14 years, I worked as a medical doctor in my home country, Spain—offering care in the traditional way, treating symptoms from the outside in through medicine and surgery.

But something inside me longed for deeper truth.

After a painful divorce in 1994, I followed my spiritual calling, took a sabbatical year, and traveled to the U.S. to explore life beyond the physical—beyond what I had been trained to see.

That was the beginning of my true path:

From a medical doctor to a “spiritual doctor.”

From fixing symptoms to guiding deep healing at the root.

I discovered my greatest passion: helping others awaken to who they truly are, at the core of their being. To understand how we create our experiences—and how we can consciously choose freedom, joy, and inner peace. I also have a deep love affair with conscious entrepreneurship and the path of financial freedom—because I believe true abundance is spiritual, creative, and expansive.

Today, I guide clients on their own awakening journey—using the challenges of daily life and relationships as sacred portals for transformation. With compassion and wisdom, I hold space for them to safely explore their wounds, release patterns of victimhood and scarcity, and remember the truth of their being so they can master their minds, emotions and physical experience.

My work is about helping you come home to yourself—so you can feel free, fulfilled, and creatively alive.

I’m also in love with life. I cherish living fully and discovering the miraculous truth of who we are—divine, powerful, and beautifully human.

I’m joyfully engaged to Arne Rantzén, and together we’ve created a life and business that allows us to live and work from anywhere in the world. Right now, we call Costa Rica home—a place that nourishes our connection to nature, beauty, and freedom.

I often travel to Spain to visit my beloved son Alejandro, my precious granddaughter Luisa  and our extended family and friends.

I’m passionate about sailing, tennis, pickleball, spiritual retreats, and spontaneous adventures in nature.

Today, I inspire and support others who feel that same call—to awaken, co-create with clarity and joy our New Life and World, and become powerful leaders of Truth, Light and Love in all areas of life.
